Welcome to Breezeclock.com, where Time Tracking is a Breeze! By using this website, you agree that you will be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions of use that are listed below. This terms of use agreement and our privacy policy serve to govern the relationship between Breeze Clock and you, the user. If, at any time you feel that you do not agree to the terms of use of the website, contact us and we will cancel your account and stop any future charges against your credit card.

 

Description of Service and Parties

Breeze Clock will provide time tracking and reporting services that the client will be able to use from the computer or by calling the phone number provided.

  1. A recurring monthly fee in addition to usage fees of will be charged per employee as per the pricing terms agreed upon when registering.
  2. Pricing terms and plans are subjected to changes and you will be notified within reasonable notice.
  3. Active accounts that have been set to active in the manager’s account or have had active usage are used for determining service usage.
  4. Phone and SMS overages will be billed in addition to the monthly usage fee.
  5. If you do not subscribe before the end of the free trial, you may experience an interruption in service, and / or loss of data. So please note the date that your trial period will expire.
  6. Once your trial expires, your data maybe be subject to removal after a 30 day period.
  7. During the trial, excessive phone or SMS usage maybe subject to cancellation of the trial or partial services.
  8. If you choose to upgrade or downgrade the level of your plan, you will be credited for any unused days in your current billing plan.
  9. The credit card that we have on file will be charged for any overages at your current plan’s rate.
  10. The coming month of service will be charged at the rate of your new plan.
  11. The billing date for services will be reset to a month from the day on which you upgraded or downgraded your plan.
  12. All fees and charges are non-refundable, unless we state otherwise in writing.
  13. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. No exceptions will be made.
  14. Breeze Clock will not spam or sell the information that users of this site entrust to us. This includes any information you enter about your clients.

Any unauthorized use of the website, Breezeclock.com , or the tools provided by Breeze Clock may be a criminal offense and/or give rise to a claim for damages. You, the user, agree that you will not use any of the information you have compiled on this site to:

  1. Send unsolicited phone calls, text messages or email
  2. Carry out illegal activities in your local jurisdiction by using this service

PLEASE NOTE: Any dispute that arises from your use of this website, Breezeclock.com or the tools and services provided by Breeze Clock is subject to the laws of the United States of America and Canada.

We do not keep any credit card information on file. If there are any billing disputes, please contact us and we will cancel your account and stop any future charges against your credit card.

Information listed on this website may change without notice, and you agree to use in for general information only. If any of the changes of this policy affects the personal information, we will notify you either at the email address you gave us to register or by placing a notice on this site that you will easily be able to see.
